In our club, the table tennis curriculum is based on 1 or 2 hours of practice per week. We realize that not all players from Vancouver Eagles become professional athletes, however we strongly believe that all our players will love to play table tennis for life!
Each practice consists of:
1. Warm up with ball & racket handling
2. Fundamental skill development using state-of-the-art NEWGY ROBO-PONG 3050xl
3. Game/Scrimmage with Coach
