Basketball Fundamentals

Ages: 6-8, 9-11, 12-15
Team Options: Co-Ed with Girls-Only Options

Registration is OPEN: Spring Season starts April 7

This program is designed to help players fall in love with basketball in a fun, positive, and structured environment. 

Players build stamina and confidence on the court through ball-handling and skill drills, scrimmage and game play. 

Our focus is on enjoyment, teamwork and physical activity.

Families can select practice locations and times to fit their schedule. General recommendation is 2 or 3 practices per week. 

Age Groups

For beginner to intermediate players at all our locations. Players can register for up to 5 classes a week with most of players playing 1-2x per week.

A fun, supportive introduction to movement and the game.
